Part 1: Seelie
The rain dripped down from the sky,
Battering against the tree’s leaves,
Its cool delight fell to the ground,
Spattering softly off the trees.
And through this rain a wanderer strolled,
Shedding dim light o’er the boughs.
An inquisitive force to pacify all,
His radiance plain to behold.
His skin was a multitude of coloured hues,
Constantly shifting in a prism of flesh;
The epitome of force that his power imbued,
He emanated waves and wind that felt so fresh.
He walked along the forested path,
Aiding injured creatures along the way,
Following his own predetermined path,
He was part of the species known as fey.
Fair of face, he radiated bliss,
Strikingly handsome to all;
Majestic grace, a lover’s kiss,
Never would he stoop to fall.
The seelie walked freely
Never really in doubt,
Their kindness and grace
Did not care to flout;
None nobler than they
Would ever walk about,
The light of the fey
Would never go out...
Part 2: Unseelie
As howls go out the flames in wonderland
Dance ‘neath the flagrant stars
That shine so bright upon the nubile tight
Young lady’s naked arse.
Her pure white skin shone in a multicoloured din,
In hues of blues and red,
When thrusts push through, her labia doth spew
A mess all over her bed.
Not really a seelie,
She sold herself short;
See she was too feely
For the masses at court.
Somehow ideally,
She found herself caught
In the trap of Unseelie
As a highborn consort.
Her powers did blossom like a shrub in spring,
Giving her mastery over the land.
As she search in vain for her own king,
"Return to the seelie", they did demand.
She attacked them there and then and left them bleeding on the floor,
For they were no match for the power and cruelty that she possessed.
She absconded into the night, taking only what she wore,
Never again would she return to the seelie's nest.
She ran through the woods blindly in a state of disarray,
Her clothes were ripped and torn asunder as she lost her way.
She came to a halt when the sky lightened and turned to day,
Then rested for a while in a farmyard's nest of hay.
She regained her breath and looked around her in dismay,
For the place in which she was had suffered no decay.
She poured her power into the field in a flashy display,
And discovered what it meant to be thought of as fey.

In the starry skies there lies a planet which does truly sparkle,
Knowing not its name nor the course it charts,
He wishes to depart for the distant stars.
Though the times are old and there is no hope to be held he wishes;
One day he will rise to the heavenly skies
And set out for the planet of his nightly desires.
He yearns to fly but he cannot seem to break away from the ground,
The birds fly around his head in a subtle mockery of what he has not found.
Stargazer,
Staring at the night sky,
Hoping to find some trace of life.
Stargazer,
Dreaming of the next dimension,
Trying to bring his hopes alive.
Through endless years he toils at the mission he has set himself,
Balding now he approaches the end of his life,
But never losing sight of his goal.
One day he swears to himself to see the stars from an elevated weir,
But his life will soon end and he'll never ascend
To the skies above, instead to the ground he'll descend.
He yearns to fly but he cannot seem to break away from the ground,
The birds fly around his head in a subtle mockery of what he has not found.

Thy buds weaved a pleasant dance in the night.
But now, not then, sweet death makes prey of thee,
Taking thou away to thy kingdom high,
It steals away thy breath, makes haste to see,
My loneliness escaping with a sigh.
Though my rose is dead, I shall not begrudge
The song way on high, that does naught but judge.
